money deposited in acount not reflecting , put on hold for 45min

i would never refer any person to use this stupid bank , I deposited money into my wifes acc and spent over 200 trying to understand why an amount was not reflecting, I now see why people leave this bank. the call center service is disgusting I spoke to a Boitumelo who took everything personal , train ur staff and stop robbing people off their money. im utterly disgusted by your service and will make sure all familie members and my employees cancel their acc
