money deducted without permission

Disgusted at absa bank. A debit journal of R2000 and then another for R3000 was deducted from my account with the reference rccs. When going to the branch to query it was absa themself who have done the deduction. They have done so without any consent by myself. I was told a request would be put in to have it reversed but still nothing. Think its time to change banks
