money deducted without my permission out of my account

2018/10/18 recieved a call from ********** 214 claiming that they are from the absa ***** department after they confirmed all my account details.They asked me if I had an agreement with assupol which was 1.800 in the sms they sent after that they started to deduct R800,R2000 and 700 than I started to notice from my cellphone that this above mentioned amounts were being deducted out of my account I immediately stopped my account via telephone.please assist.
