Money deducted from my account while there is an arrangement in place.

I have an arrangement with absa and the debit order goes off every month. And it went through on the 24th of December 2025.Then on the 3rd of January 2026 absa debited my money without my concern. I then called them on Monday spoke to a guy who said my money will be paid back into my account.within 2-3 working days.Cause he can see that the debit order went off. Then when I check my account, the money was not all returned back. Can someone call me back and tell me why was the money taken from my account without my concern while there is debit order that goes through every month. Email was even sent and still no response from absa.
