Money Deducted, but no Cash at ATM

So I went to the ATM and tried to withdraw R3000, ATM freezes for like 2 minutes and goes offline, I get an SMS that the money has been deducted, but nothing comes out of the ATM. I call the number on the ATM and I get informed that yes the ATM went offline and they can see the cash was not paid out, but it WONT be reversed and I have to go into a branch to log a complaint. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is???, I don't have time to just go to the branch, this is utter nonsense, now I have to take time out of my busy schedule for a fault on YOUR machine. I have always praised ABSA, but this is seriously not on.
