Money counted incorrect

I went to absa OR Tambo branch on the 23 Dec around 18:00 pm , to make deposit payment to account number : 000000 I was having R15000.00 cash , the lady at teller 3 was helping me took the money from me and put it on the counting machine that was not facing me ant it was not showing the amount when it counts then she said to me the money I had it was R14400.00 I asked how could it be cause I know and I counted the money before I came to bank then she took the money and put it to the machine that was on top of the table next to her , when she counted the money it was short and she insisted that I didn't count clearly . Really I was help by someone who doesn't know the meaning of customer service her attitude was bad she didn't even care about my concern cause at first she counted the money on the machine that doesn't show me the amount .Can you pls do cctv footage on that day and check what happened when the money was counted in that machine , I suspect some of cash was still there and I was ****** cause I couldn't see behind the machine.
