Money

My name is Bongani Andrias , i had an absa account but i stopped using the account 2021 , so what happens now is SARS paid my money on that accpunt and i need the money because ts not a lot and i know if i go to ABSA bank they will tell me about bank charges that i owe because that is what they said last time it happened and i had been asking for the accpunt to be closed so please advise what do.i need to do to get the money that was paid by sars on my old absa account and ypu must know i don't authorise the money to pay for charges.please reply on my email .
