Mokgethi is the absolute best.
I have just finished speaking to Mokgethi at the ABSA BA card call center. This gent is THE BEST call center agent I have ever spoken to, anywhere in the world. He was efficient, helpful and so very pleasant, with a lively sense of fun. Made my day, chatting to Mokgethi this morning. Please promote this star to a position where he can install his great attitude in others. And give him some chocolate cake. I would love to know that this review reaches his line management.
