MOBILE BANKING APP MESS

Why on earth did ABSA decide to fix their banking app that was not broken. They emailed instructions last week on what to do - they do not work. And I gather I'm now expected to waste a huge amount of time in order to go to a branch to have my mobile phone linked to my account. This is absolutely appalling.
