Mobile App not working

on the 13th of October 2017, i tried to log onto my mobile app to do a transaction, i was prompted to upgrade my app as i had the old version, i upgraded my app, however the app did not work. On the 14th I went into my branch where the consultant was unable to resolve my query. She tried to transfer me to customer service but to no avail, I waited on the line for 30 minutes and then hung up. She took down my details and advised that she will log a query. On Monday the 16th of October, I called the customer service line, I reached Auckland Park, spoke to a consultant called Daniel Kutu, he was not paying attention to me and asked me the same questions several times, he even became frustrated with me, I demanded to speak to the manager who is Dazryl Mentoor. I explained my situation for the third time. He advised me that he will forward my query to the technical department and I will receive feedback within 48 hours, it is now the 24th of October, I have still not received a call from them, neither is the app working. this is extremely inconvenient for me as I use my mobile app to do transactions. I am horrified with the service I have been receiving and I have always been a loyal client. I seriously considering changing my bank because if i cannot receive a resolution or atleast and indication of the progress then I DO NOT want to deal with such a bank.
