Mistreated

I joined a Life cover policy at Absa while I was working but now I am not working and cannot affored to pay for it so I asked the Financial Adviser(Leon Schoeman) to cancel it. I sent him an sms he never responded. I phoned him and he said He cannot cancel it without a signed letter stating that I want to cancel it. I drafted a letter and signed it and emailed it to him and he never responded again. I phoned him again and he said he is busy with it. At the end of the month they deducted for 2 premiums. I went to a Branch in Mt Frere and they phoned the Absa Policy Department and Absa policy people said they are waiting for Leon to forward my Id to them but Leon never requested an Id copy from me, so I asked Mt Frere branch to forward it but still I haven't received anything that confirms that the policy has been cancelled. I am sick and tired of this now I am just going to close the Account with Absa. I hate the fact that Leon does not respond to anything.
