Mission to open a New businesss account

<p>So i went to ABSA in Nelspruit to open a New Business bank account, they send me to an a nice lounge so i thought i would just need to sit and wait so that a consultant could help, spent about 10mins waiting to be told that i need to phone a 0860 number and make an appointment, what is the point in going to the bank, shocking service i think, thats why the consultants are there. You just wasted my time, i have already got a personal bank account with you people and was opened straight away! What the heck is wrong with people, people complain there is no business but then you chase customers away like this. I dont have time to sit at the bank i have a business to run! Very disappoint with the service received, you should remove your slogan "How can we help you"!</p>
