Missingpayments@absa
I made a payment too my closed absa bank credit card. I called absa they advised money would bounce bank within 3to 5 days nothing happened. I contacted the bank was advised to forward statement as they could not see the payment from there side. I contacted my bank and they indicated money was succesfully paid. I've been emailing missing payments and have not received any responce to date. When calling absa no one is able too assist. I truly do not know what to do

The lady Lebogang Mashiane, said she would provide feedback by the 24 January , no feedback nothing , I have emailed her tried calling the number provided (number doesn't work), Today I decided to contact the credit card department was advised there was no note or any movement since I called them last .Could someone please advise what I have to do to get my own money back.
