Missing Safe Custody box!!!!
ABSA has no tracing of my safe custody box that i had a for a number of years with them and all my contents in them. Apparantly the safe custody boxes we moved from Randburg to Kemptop or Boksburg... NOBODY in the back can assist. I then proceded to log a call with the "ActionLine" where i was hoping to get some …..Instead I got a email saying someone will investigate..... then 2 days later.. I get another email from ABSA saying that my Complaint is resolved......!!! NO TELEPHONE CALL.... NO RESOLUTION TO WHERE MY SAFE CUSTODY BOX AND ALL MY CONTENT IS!!!!
PLEASE can someone who know what the hell is going on at ABSA please give me a call.... I want to know where all my valuables of my box is!!!!
