Missing Payshap payments

I recently made x 2 real time payments on the 31st July of R420 and R650 from my discovery bank account to absa savings to this day I have not received my funds in my absa account! On the 1 August I made again x2 R850 real time payments and the same thing happened! I have logged this with discovery payments team and they have escalated to absa payments team and to this day Absa has not gotten back to me nor discovery! Somehow absa feels like they do not need to investigate as it’s coming from discovery account! Discovery wants confirmation that the funds were in fact not received! It’s now 15 working days later!
