Missing Payments

On the 25th of March 2020, i had a payment from my FNB account via EFT to was supposed to be a FNB creditcard but i paid to ABSA creditcard. Obviously the FNB creditcard number doesn't exsit as ABSA. A week later, I went to my bank and they said the EFT will automatically reversed as the money will be hanging but it didn't. I call the Call Center number, i was sent from pillar to post until i was transferred to Absa creditcard Department of which i couldn't be assisted because i don't bank with Absa and the creditcard number used doesn't belong to me but i was told to email: *** and attach the Proof of Payment of which did on 07 April 2020 13:57 Prior to that i also emailed: *** and *** on 06 April 2020 11:43 i received a reference C-***5 But nobody has bothered to attend to my emails and the branches in my area are closed due to lockdown, closest being Silverton then Glenfair and also The Grove. I don't have transport to go to Menlyn Maine

Reviewer Update
This morning I went to my FNB and was directed to complete a Reversal Request however I couldn't complete because they can not reverse Public Beneficiary (ABSA Credit Card) payments and sent to ABSA branch. I went to ABSA Menlyn and they couldn't help as they cant see this payment in the branch. So please let me know how I can retrieve this money now setting at ABSA credit suspense account with invalid Reference.
