MISSING PAYMENTS
Why is it that one has to post a review before you get any sort of acknowledgement or response from ABSA. I am waiting for a refund since November 2018, missing payments has not acknowledged any emails - the person LINDIN who is assisting me cannot assist any further as he has no contact with missing payments department - come on ABSA you can do much better than this, my emails are being ignored by the previous people who assisted me.
Could i please get some sort of acknowledgment and assistance.
