Missing payment from ABSA to FNB

I am struggling to sort out a missing payment I made from Absa account to FNB. I have sent the same email numerous times and visit the bank as well but had no reply nor response what so ever. Every time I phone Absa customer care call center, I receive a different response to course of action. I would really like to sort this out, but Absa is absent on good customer service.
