Missing Payment Absa
Hi Stacy.
Very interesting reading your story. Something very similar has happened to me with Absa and me making a direct eft payment into ABSA vehicle and asset finance account through my CAPITEC app. When I have contacted Absa, they say they have no record of my EFT payment that I made in good faith. They can only see my debit order that came off on the same day. I have contacted several consultants at Absa and it seems no one can help me find where my money has disappeared even though I have proof of payment and my bank statement indicating the eft payment into ABSA's account. I desperately need my money back as it was over 2500 Rand.
