Missing Payment

I made a pay and clear payment to ABSA this morning,before 6am for the amount of R15000.I then made a 2nd payment of R7500 a few hours earlier,which is reflecting in my Absa account. The amount for R15 000 still does not reflect.I have a reference number but no one is coming back to me- The reference number for this Case is C-***9.
