Missing payment

<p>A few weeks back i made a complaint regarding missing payment which was transfered to an FNB account and never cleared on that acount but cleared on my absa bank acount.</p> <p>I was told by Mmabatho Mathebula that the matter is resolved and i was credit my missing R500 on the 20th October but i did not get any notification and the amount does not even reflect on my statement so where is the money credited too because its not in FNB account either.</p> <p>When i asked for proof of payment they send the proof of transaction that i made on the 16th of October to the FNB account and not for the credited amonut which they made to my account. </p> <p>Then told Mmabatho Mathebula to get someone who can get acess of my proof of payment as she said the one she send was the only one that Absa has and does not have acess to Firstrand bank which my proof of payment till now my email is not answered. </p>
