MISSING PAYMENT

I did an immediate transfer with ABSA on Monday morning 08:09 to my FNB account where after the money was moved out of my ABSA bank account, but it never showed up in the FNB account. After numerous calls to ABSA they confirmed that they did have technical difficulties, however they could not tell me how long it will take to get resolved. I was also billed for immediate payment, however the payment has not been done successfully so how is this allowed. This screams ***** to me, as I can still not get clear answers from ABSA, and the money is nowhere to be found. With no estimate as to when ABSA will sort their problems out. I have sent e-mails to them on [Email Removed] and also logged a call ***, but all I want is for ABSA to release the funds from wherever they have it to my FNB account.
