Missing Payment
I did an EFT from my FNB Cheque account on 09/11/2015 to my Virgin Money Card / ABSA account and transaction never showed up on my ABSA/Virgin account??<br> <br> How could this be that a transfer just vanish. After calling the ABSA Card Customer Service number their best answer was to send a missing payments email to ABSA requesting to track the payment. This is worrying and very daunting indeed. Send the mail today and praying this large amount becomes available as soon as possible.
