Missing money paid to ABSA
Anthony Richards and Associates contacted me regarding my suspended ABSA credit card, they proceeded to give me a suspension number, for which I needed to pay R1500 towards, this payment was done on 3 July 2019, I got payment confirmation from my bank, stating that this payment was received, however it's now been 8 days and this has not reflected on my credit card, there is no indication of R1500 paid towards this credit card account. I've contacted ABSA and Anthony Richards and Associates with proof of payment, however NONE have rep****. Therefore between ABSA and Anthony Richards and Associates the missing R1500 has still not been accounted for or resolved.
