Missing money in my account account

Bad service on my first month moving my salary to your bank. I made a deposit of 2000 paying someone on the 17 last wee Friday up until now the payment has not reflected in their account and all you can say is you will investigate, not good enough! That money was to pay my car tracker and insurance so if the it got lost on your system do I then go this month without being covered while you are doing your investigation? Please this is such an inconvenience, please sort this out ASAP! I hope you understand the Results of going a month without paying insurance!
