Missing money in Absa Estate Trust Account managed by Absa Executor

Dear Absa,

I am disgusted by what is happening to my Father-In-Laws Deceased Estate. This is the one time, we shouldn't just be a number. Shame on you.

I have written emails and asked nicely, I have written emails of demand. I have phoned your Deceased Estate Administration Help Line, I have been put through to Help centres but clearly you do not really care and you do not really want to help. You should not offer this service if you can not think like a human being. Other than the fact that we were "forced" to just go with your Estate Administration as you "claimed it" somehow and didn't want to let it go after going to see our lawyers and after 15 months you send me my Father-In-Laws will that isn't even signed?

Because of the fact that I am not getting a acceptable answer on a question I have been asking over and over and over to the Executor, the Administrators and not having some kind of direct line of communication to someone that knows what they are talking about I am at the end of my options, which is HelloPeter.

Absa, please tell me why you took R100 000.00 (that my Mother-In-Law) paid into this Estate Trust Account to make it solvent and not loose the house she has been living in for 30 years, debited out as a "Corporate Audit Debit" and then a month later credited back only R80 000.00 as a "Corporate Audit Credit", I know what you are thinking.... Administration fees, Executor Fees, Conveyancing Fees... the list goes on... But no it's not... Every single item you put onto the Estate Statement has already been taken out of this account, all the Admin, Advertising, Conveyancing, Executor, SARS you name it... it's already been line item debited out of this account. Now with the account in "overdraft" you are charging us debt interest. Please tell me you can see how insane this is! Please! We want the R20 000 back... now, with back dated interest and all debit interest fees reversed.

Call me... cause I can't call you.
