Missing money
My wife transfer some money to her sister - who was a beneficer - and the money went missing - we contact ABSA - they told us to write to *** Wrote to them on Monday 17th July - and still have not heard from them. Sent a second email to them - and still no answer

27 Jul 2023, 08:05They asked for all the details 2 days ago - and still no answer to the query - I am now wondering if they will be paying interest on the money that has gone missing - the mistake belongs to ABSA - not let us see the response to this
