Missing investment

Hi ABSA,<br> <br> This is the third time I raise my complaint about the same missing investment. The complaints were logged as follows:-<br> 1. on 4 January 2016 with the same headline after 24 months of emails to ABSA starting on 30/03/2014. To date: NO SOLUTION.<br> 2. on 14 March 2016. To date: NO SOLUTION.<br> <br> ABSA is avoiding the issue, and REFUSE TO FIND MY INVESTMENT and therefore not calculating my lost investment value.<br> <br> Involved parties in ABSA go through the motions of pretending to do something but nothing produces my investment -not even feedback. Everyone is hiding away.<br> <br> At this stage my opinion is that there seems to be no logical explanation other than ***** may involved.<br> Various parties have brought no hint if a solution to date whilst three people have made some attempts to help.<br> <br> I want a cumulative actuarial build-up made visible to me, justify calculations, and state the type of investments that have been applicable to my money until today's date PLUS expenses and personal damages from ABSA.<br> <br> The service is absolutely useless.
