MISSING IMMEDIATE PAYMENT EFT
An immediate payment was made from my loan providers account into my Captiec account yesterday ,up to now the payment has not reached my bank account yet i receiced the notice of payment, when i call in and provide the payment ref absa staff tells me that the payment was successfully released to my Capitec account, however the money is not in my account, they told be to have the account holder who made the payment call in of which he did he was told the same thing , yet no one is making an effor to find the money, i have logged a query with Capitec but Capitec is sending me back to Absa because the transaction comes from Absa and there are no pending payments reflecting on my statement there is not much they can do, right now i am way more than upset because this is my rent and groceries money, imagine during COVID we as customers still have to experience things like this, please help me to resolve this as i believe this issue needs to be resolved between banks
