Missing funds

Absa was supposed to have released my bolt funds 14 days after the 20th of March 2025. I've sent an email to the cards authorizations department and received case number C-‪***1‬. Tomorrow will officially be 21 days and still my funds are not being released to me. After being with Absa since 2019 I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of urgency to resolve my issue. ABSA IS CLEARLY *****ING MY FUNDS!
