Missing EFT payments - No response

Following on the the promise for investigation and giving feedback promised on Hello peter by Danzig Boyce on Wednesday 9th December. No feedback has been received, Matshepo is not even returning my emails. Suppliers are threatening to blacklist our company for non payment. But this debit indeed went off our Absa account but ABSA are refusing to investigate what happened to the money paid to the suppliers's linked account. Instead of supporting small businesses, Absa is killing us, we are paying the price of entrusting ABSA with banking services. It is so frustrating. For heavens sake this is a business dealing with people's health, and what does ABSA think of people's health if we cannot get medical supplies, or they do not care? We want to close the account but we should investigate the money paid before closing the account, or is it convenient for ABSA not to close the account because they will lose on banking fees. This is frustrating. When you respond please advice on who to escalate this problem to, instead of promising to investigate and come back to me because you do not call back.
