Missing eft payment

On the 21st July 2022 made a deposit of R400 and R30 to Hollywoodbets's using cellphone banking.Until today,Hollywoodbets claims they did not receive the money., although it shows successful on ABSA . Hollywood' has advised me to request a recall of funds back into my account.I have asked ABSA to process a recall, but they are giving me the run around.Now Hollywoodbets is no longer responding to my calls or emails I have sent them.Im no longer interested in hearing stories,kindly process a recall of my funds.i want my money.i understand that I'm going to be charged,it's okay, atleast I will have a portion of my money back.im really disappointed how you conducted this issue
