Missing Cell C Airtime!!
I am more than a little disconcerted. I bought my domestic worker (who desperately needs it!) Cell C airtime on Saturday, 12 December, via the Absa banking app. And to date she has not received it! Where is her airtime? Where has my money gone???
Please assist urgently.

22 Dec 2020, 11:16Still no news on the missing airtime. And then Abda has the cheek to close the case without any resolution. Then after my complaint reopens the case with a promise of an answer by Sunday. Sunday??!! And of course radio silence since then... Disgusting. Zero for customer service. I want the matter resolved.
