Missing airtime purchase

<p>I am beyong upset and disappointed with Absa.<br />Today (07/04/14) around 20h43, I purchased R300 airtime for myself on Telkom via my Absa app and R150 for my partner on Cell C. He got his Cell C airtime and I did not, my account with Absa was deducted. I called Telkom customer care who asked me to forward proof that I was deducted which I did and they insist that on their side nothing is reflected to take it up with my bank.<br />Am I supposed to just let go of R300 and let them benefit!?! This plain unjustified enrichment! When I purchased R10 an hour later, it went through. Absa, you have one outraged customer. In this economy, one does not just accept to be ****** of R300 just like that!</p>
