Missing Airtime - 24 hour wait
Bought R110 airtime this morning - still not showing on my account. I double checked & all the info is correct. Called ABSA, they said I have to wait 24 hours before they can even start the process to see what's going on. Luckily I didn't need to call someone urgently, right?! I'm so sick of ABSA's pathetic yet expensive service. I've been saying for months I'm moving to another bank, well this is the last straw.

26 Nov 2019, 10:52Just spoke to a consultant from ABSA, I just have to sign a few form so they can refund my R110. There was an issue with the Vodacom purchases. Then she got cut off for some reason. This morning I found there is R880 witheld on my account under "Outstanding Authorisation Amount". There is an amount of R174 under uncleared/pending that I know about but that's it. My question is, what is this for??
