Missing Absa payments
I have requested for a reversal of 3 online payments made to Edgars/RCS . Edgars/RCS cannot trace these payments, I have proof from the institute indicating that they cannot trace the payments. I requested that the payments be reversed, Absa consultants were dragging their feet. I am now getting arrears being attached to my Edgar's statements ,they still cannot trace the payment. Needless to say , instead of reversing my payments Absa is still investigating. One and a half months later and Absa is still investigating.

I thank you for your perseverance regarding my missing payments.
You actually took the time to keep me updated with your efforts in trying to resolve this issue.
This is truly commendable and extremely appreciated.
From my previous correspondences, you would have realised that I had become frustrated and disappointed with the lack of assistance received by both Absa and Edgars/RCS consultants.
I was informed today by Edgars/ RCS consultants that they have found my missing payments and my account would be adjusted accordingly.
I am of the impression that this could not have been achieved without your assistance.I thank you again for all your hard work and dedication regarding this matter.
You have restored what little faith I had left in Absa resolving this issue.
May you continue to be a beacon of hope for all clients that are struggling with huge retailers such as Edgars/RCS.
