Mismanagement

I have tried to buy a home a year and a half ago, after having my bond accepted and moving onto having to pay attorneys thousands and thousands and the attorneys battling to get hold of Absa to finish the transfer and when I say battling I mean Absa not answering point blank leading my lawyers to take action in which we did receive a answer asking why the home was only for a certain amount after being told it was a distress sale! Now here I sit a year and a half later on the verge of loosing my home after trying to do the right thing and buy the home for what was owed to Absa! I have never ever ever been treated so low in my life. The Absa team has no idea what is going they have mis managed the whole situation and then come out with this? The joke? If this was handled correctly from the get go hey you would have the amount owed to you and no problems but as per usual Absa likes to complicate matters and make it hard! This is not the first time Absa has pulled such stunts on me and my family.
