Misleading information abd treated unfairly

I'm utterly disappointed in the manner absa loans treated me, From consultant to management level. I dealt with Jerome Naidoo(BSSA) with numerous emails asking him to call me back. Feedback was only provide to me from agnt level, non of the managers even called to apologies. I bank with Absa and even have a home loan ejth them. The manner in which they conducted my assessments was misleading.. I keep sending sends and no1 responses, is it lack of interest? Or they just don't care. The matter was even escalates to Floyd. Its been a week now with no joy. Please help me
