Misleading information

I overpaid my account every month with 1700rand. Hoping to get out of debt faster. They kept the money in advance position. About 18months which adds up to 32000rand. Instead of effecting my term. I was advised to pay +-10500 settlement and a refund of advance position would be paid to account of my choice. After i made settlement payment. My advance position dissapeared in costs. I advice people not to pay extra. On any accounts. You will be mislead. Rather opt for writing of of debts. And to use your money on you family. Food and stuff. Dont trust these corporate vultures
