MISLEADING AND UNPROFESSIONAL REWARDS TEAM

I received a text message saying " Well done on getting your first R500 paid into your ABSA rewards account!" and the money was on there today I see that it disappeared there is no trace of it and there is no text nor communication from ABSA this is ***** misleading and very unprofessional its actually *****ing I made few calls to the institution and all they do is transfer me and never actually account for this strange act for such a reputable company disappointment does not even come close to how this made me think of ABSA.
