Misinformed

<p>Good day</p> <p>Requested my bond to be restructured.restructured . got a response after 1 and a half months. I was told not to worry I just need to pay 5 more payments as I already only paid half my bond for the month so it's in order.order . I requested a letter to say it's been approved and the amounts... Then a day later I get a call saying it's not approved from the same person. The manager explained to me about the previous arrears...so Absa can't assist. ..I begged for a restructure as I am unemployed I don't want to lose my home it's all I have...I asked for the recorded conversation to be listened to as the guy told me he didn't say it was approved. It's wrong what he did calling me and giving me all positive feedback why if it wasn't approved? Please make me understand?</p> <p>its a few days later and no one has called back</p> <p>Please can I be assisted</p> <p>Thank you </p>
