Misappropriation of Ms L Williams trust funds through ABSA Trust: Legal and Claims

ABSA Trust has been misappropreating funds allocated for the care of Ms L Williams and has rebuffed auditing request on the misappropriation. Matter has been escalated to AIS Trustee Operations as the following administrators linked to caring for the beneficiary was met with mute and no assistancesince the first query was raised in July 2025. Kim Nokwaza, Khumo Choabi and Leanne Edwards. The beneficiary had funds last paid December 2024 even though there are funds and proof of her money being invested.
