I'm using a student account been getting sms that says I have an overdraft of R92 last month I queried this asking why is it that every month I'm owing the bank same amount? I even asked them to stop sending me mail because my mails end up on the wrong hands but rather email me. Now today I get the sms that says I have an overdraft of R152 and this month I have never used my card I was left with only R13. I then call the bank as I was shocked now they say it's for the mail for this month yet I had called the bank told them to please stop sending me mail rather email me I'm really frustrated with absa bank as I did state even when I opened this account in Vereeniging branch that I don't want any mail.
