Millions must be closing ABSA accounts as no call back to close my ACCOUNT!!!!! DISGUSTED

The service from ABSA Bank doesn't even deserve a 1! the service is disgusting from day 1 that I received my credit card in 2015. The bank manager at Edenvale couldn't do anything to help, most unhelpful. She shouldn't even employed in my opinion. Now I am trying to close the account I am waiting for them to call me back. Today is 20/05/19 I called them 13/05/19 and 14/05/19 to date still no call back just to close my credit card. I was told someone would call me back to close the account in 4-5 working days! I have consistently asked ABSA to take me off their marketing list but I still get calls to sell me something!!!!!!!!!!!!!PLEASE LISTEN-DO NOT CALL ME TO SELL ME PRODUCS YOUR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING! I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU.....ACCOUNT = 0.00!!!!!
