Micro loan

I took a micro Loan out on my pension, it was explained to me that there would be one total paid back to the bank. My contract that I signed, I asked for a copy and I never received it, now they are adjusting my premium and length of my term ON MY BEHALF, I would like to see were I signed to agree to this increases and the Lengthening of my term, at this rate we will owe the bank for the rest of our lives, they will continue lengthening the term and increasing the amount owed. We receive only notifications of what they are doing and never an in detailed invoice of what has been paid and what still owing. Lydenburg Branch cannot resolve these types of issues. According to me it is not only a breach of contract but they have broken my trust in them, I have been with ABSA for 20 yrs or more now and my house is financed through them but at this current moment I am trying to find a Bank that I can Trust to put my best interest first .
