I am deeply disappointed how the branch in Horizon View questioned my mother on the 20th of May 2021 - making out is she is insane, just because she wanted to transfer her fix depositos to another bank. There were two consultants on duty and one of them even pretended to be the bank manager.

Needless to say - we will be closing her ABSA account all together! Thank goodness there are more that one ABSA Branch.
