Please could someone assist me. I cannot get any answers from Absa about payments that have not been reflected on my account. Absa keep on saying we are in arrears but the payments made to Absa from debt review and other payments are not bring credited. They are threatening to take my vehicle. I was dealing with Charmaine and she now tells me that she is not handling this account. We had a payment arrangement. We just cannot get someone to help us. We are just threatened all the time.
