Messy ABSA VAF

ABSA vehicle & Asset finance is using double standards for me. On 31st May i got statements of my 2 vehicle accounts with quoted settlement amounts. On the 3rd of June I paid the settlement amounts on both vehicles. Today, i am calling them to request Natis Documents and I am told by Banele Lukhele that i still owe more than R2000 on the other vehicle as the settlement amounts on the statements are estimates. I ask why there is not outstanding amount on the other car which I used the same figures quoted in the statement to settle it and he can't answer that. I need resolved as in yesterday as I need my NATIS documents
