****mers using ABSA account to ***** people

The is a company ****ming people, I also fell victim of them. I requested assistance for a loan well thinking it's legit. Well it so happened that I transfered money at the value of R 10 000. I have chat history which I screenshot to prove these people were ****ming me.

This was the account used. Well after the payment was done they said the payment did not get through to them. I also have proof from my bank that the money went through, unfortunately not reversable as it was immediate. Please help me retrieve the money back and stop these ****mers from using a reliable bank for their dirty deeds.
