This is one useless bank, Asba is keeping my Cash send I received last week hostage insisting I FICA my documents in order for me to receive my money. Vanessa Crowe and Fiestos(Northgate Branch) was unprofessional and of no assistance. Vanessa had no interest in assisting me with the matter instead she just sent a email stating I need to FICA my documents no client etiquette I fail to understand why a Bank would force one to join them of provide FICA documents when you don't want to join them I'm over this situation and just want my money back I however won't recommend Absa to anyone they ****** and ****mers. The 2 ladies at the branch wasn't dealt with for there unprofessional behavior and yet they refuse to release my money !!!!!
